Mavericks Host RiverKings Monday, March 22 in Opening Round

INDEPENDENCE, Missouri - The Missouri Mavericks will host the Mississippi RiverKings in Game One of the 2010 Ray Miron President's Cup Playoffs on Monday, March 22 at 7:05 p.m. at Independence Events Center. Missouri is the #5 seed in the Northern Conference and the RiverKings secured the #4 seed.

The three-game series will be played in a 1-2 format in which the first game will be played at Independence Events Center on Monday and games two and three (if necessary) will be played at DeSoto Civic Center in Southaven, Mississippi.

Tickets to the Mavericks' first playoff game start at only $13 and are on sale now by visiting the Independence Events Center Box Office, calling (866) 443-8849, or visiting www.GetTIX.net. The Box Office will be open both Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Mavericks season ticket holders are asked to please use the playoff tickets labeled ROUND 1, GAME A for the playoff game.
