INDEPENDENCE, Mo. - The Missouri Mavericks claimed the first game of their three-game home stand last night with a 4-3 shootout win over the Alaska Aces. Tonight they can sweep the season series from Alaska, and ensure a winning record on the home stand, with a victory.
