ODESSA, TX - The Jackalopes announced on Friday, the completion of a trade with the Topeka Pilots in the North American Hockey League's South Division.
The Jackalopes have dealt defenseman Matt Clark to the Pilots in exchange for a two tenders (one for the 2019-20 season and another for the 2020-21 season) and two draft picks (2020 pick and a 2021 draft pick).
Clark, a native of Jamison, Pennsylvania, was second among the Jackalopes in scoring among defenseman. He accumulated three goals, five assists and eight points. Clark also recently committed to Bentley University just before the end of 2019. Clark had also been a constant presence on the Jackalopes blue line, appearing in 27 out of 28 games played.
