New York Red Bulls Radio begins at 6:30 p.m. ET with Countdown to Kickoff, presented by Honda, hosted by Matt Harmon and Steve Jolley. Ernesto Motta will carry the Spanish play-by-play responsibilities, beginning at 7 p.m.
For the 10th consecutive season, the Red Bulls have won at least 10 matches following their 1-0 win over Orlando City SC on Sunday. New York is just one of three teams that have an active streak of 10 or more seasons with 10-plus wins (Seattle - 10; RSL - 10). The Red Bulls remain one of the most consistent teams in MLS as they own the most points (322) since 2014.
New York and Columbus will meet for the 71st time in league history as the Red Bulls own a 30-28-12 mark. Six of the last 10 meetings have been decided by one goal with New York tallying a 4-3-3 record during the stretch. Offensively, Bradley Wright-Phillips has tallied six of the Red Bulls' last 17 goals against Columbus.
Flemington, New Jersey, native Brian White continues his hot start as he tallied his second career game-winning goal on Sunday against Orlando City SC. White has scored a goal in four of the last six matches to tie Daniel Royer for the team lead with seven league goals. In 14 league matches this season, he has tallied seven goals and two assists in 1,031 minutes played.
New York remains at Red Bull Arena as they welcome Toronto FC on Saturday, August 3. The Red Bulls-TFC match is slated for 6 p.m. EST with coverage on MSG, MSG Go, TSN and New York Red Bulls Radio on TuneIn.
