ATLANTA - Atlanta United makes its first away trip of the season to face Colorado Rapids on Saturday at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. The match is set to kick-off at 6 p.m. EST and will be regionally broadcast on Bally Sports Southeast.

Atlanta owns an all-time record of 3-0-0 against Colorado Rapids: 2-0-0 at home and 1-0-0 on the road in the series, outscoring its opponent 5-0. Atlanta won the last meeting 1-0 on April 27, 2019 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and won 3-0 in the club's only visit to Dick's Sporting Goods Park on Sept. 15, 2018.
Atlanta defeated Sporting Kansas City 3-1 in its season opener at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Feb. 27 with goals from Luiz Araújo, Dom Dwyer and Caleb Wiley.
Three Homegrown players featured for Atlanta against Sporting KC as George Campbell and Tyler Wolff started the match with Wiley coming on to score just 14 minutes into his MLS debut. Wolff recorded his first career MLS assist and Wiley, who was a member of Atlanta United Academy's inaugural U-12 team in 2016, became the second-youngest player to score an MLS goal in club history.
Ozzie Alonso, Andrew Gutman, Dwyer and Wiley made their Atlanta debuts on Sunday. Dwyer and Wiley became the fourth and fifth players in club history to score in their first MLS match with Atlanta, joining Yamil Asad, Jacob Peterson and Brandon Vazquez.
Josef Martínez had two assists in a match for the third time in his Atlanta career.
Colorado is coming off an opening weekend 3-0 loss at LAFC after finishing first in the Western Conference with 61 points in 2021.
