Charlotte FC News Release
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Charlotte FC today announced that it has reached an agreement with Anheuser-Busch, the leading brewer in the United States, to designate its Michelob ULTRA brand as one of the Club's Official Beer Sponsors.
The agreement with Michelob ULTRA, the number two beer in the country by volume, includes rights to premium signage at the new Taproom bars near the East Gate and Supporters Section at Bank of America Stadium, digital amplification through a special content series, tickets and hospitality services, and promotional activations designed to enhance their visibility at CLTFC events with supporters.
In advance of the first home match, Michelob ULTRA will host a supporters social for their final walk through at the stadium to kick off the historic inaugural season campaign for the expansion club.
"We are very proud to welcome Michelob ULTRA to our club in the buildup to making history this weekend in Bank of America Stadium," said Charlotte FC Chief Fan Officer Shawn McIntosh. "Our inaugural season will be a celebration across the Carolinas and our partnership with Michelob ULTRA further enhances the party that will take place on matchday. Our fans will be able to celebrate the historic campaign of CLTFC at the Michelob ULTRA Taproom, the two newest bars at the stadium."
The Club will host the first-ever MLS game at Bank of America Stadium vs. LA Galaxy at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 5, 2022.
Tickets are on sale now through CharlotteFootballClub.com and Ticketmaster.
