Saint John, NB â The Saint John Flames host their Canadian Division rivals, the St. John's Maple Leafs, in back-to-back contests at Harbour Station this Friday, November 8 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, November 9 at 7:00 p.m.
On Friday the Flames will debut a new mascot, Chocolate Chip the cow.
On Saturday, the Flames will don their tenth anniversary commemorative jerseys for the third of only six scheduled dates this season.
During both games, ballots for the Delta Brunswick's "Be a Showoff!!" promotion will be available. Fans can pick up and submit their "Be a Showoff" ballots at the Flames Customer Information Centre. The promotion will run all month with the draw taking place at the end of November. The winner will have a friend or relative flown to Saint John from anywhere in Canada and provided accommodations and tickets to the weekend's Flames games, all compliments of the Delta Brunswick.
Tickets for these games and all November, December and January home games are currently available at the Harbour Station Box Office, the Imperial Theater Box Office, selected Irving Locations (Main Street West, Champlain Heights, Millidgeville, Marr Road, Hampton and Grand Bay), and Charge-by-Phone at 657-1234 or 1-800-267-2800.
The 2002-03 season marks the Saint John Flames' tenth as a member of the American Hockey League and as the primary development organization of the National Hockey League's Calgary Flames.
