
Marlies Shutout Ice Caps 4-0

Toronto Marlies News Release
The Toronto Marlies shut out the St. John's Ice Caps 4-0 Sunday afternoon, completing a three day, three game week-end. In the annual Teddy Bear toss game it would be Troy Bodie that would open the scoring, sending Teddy Bears on to the ice for donation to local charities. Tyler Biggs, Byron Froese and Spencer Abbott would collect the other three Marlie goals. Antoine Bibeau stopped all 21 shots he faced for his third shutout of the season.
The Marlies head to Grand Rapids for a match against the Griffins on Friday December 19th at 7:00 p.m. Toronto then returns home for games against Texas on Saturday and Milwaukee on Sunday. Both games are at 3:00 p.m. and tickets can be purchased at marlies.ca/tickets or by calling 416-597-PUCK (7825).
