Mark Hartigan Reassigned To Syracuse

Syracuse, NY (October 23, 2003) – The Syracuse Crunch announced today that the Columbus Blue Jackets have reassigned center Mark Hartigan.

Hartigan, 26, has appeared in one game with Columbus this season without recording a point. In four games with Syracuse this season, Hartigan has recorded three goals, one assist and four penalty minutes. In 59 career AHL games with Syracuse and Chicago, Hartigan has recorded 18 goals, 32 assists and 47 penalty minutes. He made his NHL debut with Atlanta on April 2, 2002 @ Calgary. A native of Fort St. John, British Columbia, Hartigan signed as a free agent with Columbus on August 15, 2003.
