Lunch With The Nailers Winners Announced

Wheeling, WV - Players of the Wheeling Nailers, 'AA' affiliate of the Stanley Cup Champion Pittsburgh Penguins, will be making afternoon lunch appearances with three lucky fans at the Salsa Cafè on various dates throughout March. If you're in the area then you can say Hi to the Nailers too. Feel free to stop by and meet the Nailers.

The "Honest to Goodness Salsa Cafè" is located at 56 Carmel Road in Wheeling, WV.

Kathleen Walters (Wheeling, WV) will have lunch with goalie Adam Berkhoel and Aaron Boogaard on Monday, March 15th.

Jordan Fox and 'Captain' Andrew Lord are scheduled for lunch with lucky fan number two, Gary Trabert (Wheeling, WV) on Tuesday, March 23rd.

Finally, that following Tuesday, March 30th, lucky fan number three, Becky Goff (Bethesda, OH) gets to spend time with forward T.J. Fox and another Nailers player.

Congratulations to all our lucky winners! All of the lunches and player appearances are slated for 12:45pm.

The Nailers begin a 5 game series with the Kalamazoo Wings at WesBanco Arena on Sunday March 14th at 3:05 that will feature a post-game open skate with Nailers players as part of every Sunday home game. Be sure to bring your skates and gloves=A1 - and don't forget your camera!

Other upcoming home game promotions include: Pups and Pucks Day (Bring your Dog to the Game) on Sunday, March 21st and Team Poster Night on Friday, March 27th for the first 2500 fans including Team Autograph Night after the game.

Don't forget that March 14th is Daylight Savings Time. Set your clocks ahead one hour late Saturday night or early Sunday morning so you don't end up arriving late for our next game.
