Luke Lynes Reassigned to Amarillo of CHL

STOCKTON, Calif. - The Stockton Thunder, the proud ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's Edmonton Oilers and American Hockey League's Springfield Falcons, announced the Falcons have recalled rookie left wing Luke Lynes from the Thunder and reassigned him to the Amarillo Gorillas of the Central Hockey League.

Lynes, 20, has appeared in three career games for the Thunder. Lynes was signed to an AHL contract by Springfield on August 12, 2008.

The Thunder was voted "Best Local Sports Team" by readers of San Joaquin Magazine, has led the ECHL in attendance for three consecutive seasons and drew 239,337 fans to Stockton Arena in 2007-08.
