Las Vegas Wranglers News Release
Las Vegas, NV- The Las Vegas Wranglers© announced today that left wing Ned Lukacevic has been named Sher-wood Hockey ECHL Player of the Week for Jan. 4-10.
Lukacevic, 23, led the Wranglers with five goals and three assists in a three-game stretch where the Wranglers went 2-0-1. Lukacevic's eight points tied for the league lead during the week, and helped Las Vegas improve to 16-14-4, while gaining second place in the Pacific Division.
Lukacevic is currently tied for the team lead in points with 30, and leads Las Vegas with 14 goals this season. Lukacevic has a five-game goals streak (7g), and a five-game point streak (7g, 4a). Lukacevic's five-game goal streak ties a Wranglers franchise record, set by Dustin Johner in 2003-04.
