The IceHogs are rolling on a four-game win streak and have won nine of their last 10 games at home, showing a record a 7-1-1-1. Tonight's matchup will mark the end of their four-game home stand where they are undefeated.
The Broadhurst brothers, Alex and Terry, have been pacing Rockford lately, sitting at third (Alex Broadhurst) and fourth (Terry Broadhurst) on the team in points. Over the last three contests, where the Broadhursts have connected on four goals, Alex shows a line of 3g-4a-7pts, including notching four points on Sunday against the Utica Comets. Terry is close behind with 2g-3a-5pts during the streak.
Chicago has recorded a point in each of their last five games, winning four and dropping one in overtime. Recent addition to the Wolves, center Adam Cracknell, has found the back of the net four times over the five game stretch, despite missing one of those contests. The Prince Albert, Saskatchewan native started the season in the NHL with the St. Louis Blues before being loaned on Jan. 23, 2014.
Next Home Game: Friday, Feb. 21 vs. Chicago Wolves. Opening face-off is set for 7 p.m. at the BMO Harris Bank Center as the Wolves return to Rockford for a second consecutive Friday night matchup. The first 2,500 fans to the BMO will receive an IceHogs water bottle courtesy of Rock Valley Culligan.
