
Los Angeles Lakers Assign Thomas Bryant and Ivica Zubac to South Bay

EL SEGUNDO - The Los Angeles Lakers have assigned rookie center Thomas Bryant and second-year center Ivica Zubac to the South Bay Lakers, it was announced today.
In 35 games with South Bay this season, Bryant has averaged 19.6 points, 7.6 rebounds and 1.5 blocks in 30.7 minutes per game. Bryant has grabbed nine double-doubles in the G League, shooting 59.2 percent from the field and 35.8 percent from three-point range.
Zubac has played in 13 games for South Bay this season, averaging 21.5 points, 9.2 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 2.3 blocks per game. Zubac has grabbed three double-doubles while shooting 61.5 percent from the field.
Bryant and Zubac are both expected to be in uniform tonight when South Bay visits the Memphis Hustle at 5:00 p.m. from the Landers Center.
