Great Lakes Loons News Release
MIDLAND, MI - Rain got the best of Sunday's game at Dow Diamond, which was scheduled to be the final game of a three-game series between the Great Lakes Loons (11-5) and the Fort Wayne TinCaps (7-9).
The outing has been rescheduled as part of a doubleheader for May 26, when the Loons visit the TinCaps in Indiana. Game two of the doubleheader will be the official make-up.
Fans that purchased tickets for Sunday's rainout may exchange them at the Dow Diamond box office for tickets to any of the other remaining Loons home games, based on availability.
The Loons have an off-day Monday and will hit the road Tuesday morning for a 7:35 p.m. game against the Bowling Green Hot Rods. Matt Magill (0-0, 3.00), who was scheduled to start Sunday, will be on the bump for Great Lakes. The Hot Rods will send Wilking Rodriguez (0-1, 3.18) to the hill.
The Great Lake Loons are a fourth-year Single-A partner of the Los Angeles Dodgers and members of the Midwest League. For more information about the Loons, visit Loons.com or call 989-837-BALL.
