(GREENSBORO, N.C.) The Lexington Legends rallied with three runs in the top of the seventh inning and defeated the Greensboro Grasshoppers 5-3 in the second game of a doubleheader in Greensboro Saturday. The Grasshoppers won the first game 11-1 after scoring nine runs in the third inning. Both were seven-inning games.
In the second game, the Legends trailed 3-2 going into the seventh. With one out, Drew Muren singled, stole second and came home with the tying run on a single by Roberto Pena. Justin Gominsky ran for Pena and advanced to second on a hit by Jimmy Howick. Gominsky scored the go-ahead run on a single up the middle by Delino DeShields Jr. Jordan Scott followed with a sacrifice fly to score Howick from third with the final run. It was Scott's third run batted in of the game.

The Legends tied it in the third on a double by Muren, a walk to Pena, a sacrifice by Howick and Scott's two-run single to center field.
The Grasshoppers reclaimed the lead in the bottom of the third on a single by Keys, a wild pitch, a single by former Western Kentucky star Terrence Dayleg and an RBI ground out by Rand Smith. The 3-2 lead stood up until the Legends' seventh-inning comeback.

After a ground out, the next eight Greensboro batters hit safely. McIntyre had a two-run double in the inning in addition to his homer, and Wooster also had a two-run double. Alfredo Lopez also had two hits in the inning, in which 13 batters went to the plate for Greensboro.
The Grasshoppers added a run in the fourth on a solo homer by Josh Adams and another in the fifth on an RBI single by Ryan Goetz.
The Legends scored their only run in the top of the fifth on a triple by Alex Todd and a single by DeShields.
