Texas Legends News Release

Frisco, TX (January 28, 2011) - The Texas Legends announced today that their home game on Monday, February 21 against in-state rival Austin Toros will be broadcast live on Fox Sports Southwest with tip-off set for 7:00 PM.

The matchup features the NBA Development League affiliates of one of the biggest rivalries in the NBA between the Dallas Mavericks (Legends) and the San Antonio Spurs (Toros).

Texas made their national television debut on November 18 on VERSUS, in the team's inaugural game at Rio Grande Valley.

The Legends will be on national TV at home for the first time in team history next Saturday, February 5, when they host the Tulsa 66ers on VERSUS with tip-off at 7:00 PM. Then, on Thursday, March 3, Texas will head to Austin to take on the Toros in a contest that will also be televised on Fox Sports Southwest.

Texas will have one final nationally televised game on Saturday, March 12, as they take on the Toros again on VERSUS at HP Court inside Dr Pepper Arena.

The three nationally televised VERSUS games for the Legends are the most of any team in the NBA Development League this season.

The Legends play host to the Utah Flash this evening with a 7:00 PM start time, before ending a five-game home stand on Sunday against the New Mexico Thunderbirds with tip-off set for 3:00 PM.
