Lang registers assist at All-Star Game

Boise, ID - Augusta's Ryan Lang represented his team well in the RBK Hockey ECHL All-Star Game, posting an assist on the game's first goal as the American Conference defeated the National Conference 6-3 at the Qwest Center in Boise, Idaho Wednesday night.

Lang chipped in an assist on Brad Schell's goal at 4:26 of the first period to start the scoring in the game. He would finish the contest with one assist and four shots on goal along with an even rating.

Six different players scored for the American Conference while goaltender Cedrick Desjardins earned MVP honors with nine saves in second period action.

Lang will rejoin his Lynx teammates in time for Augusta to head to Columbia to play the Inferno on Friday night at 7:05 pm. Radio coverage begins one half-hour before puck drop on your Home for Lynx Hockey, NEWSTALKSPORTS 1630.
