LA Galaxy Announce Star Wars Night Details for Home Match against Atlanta United FC on Sunday, July 24

LOS ANGELES - The LA Galaxy today announced programming around Star Wars Night, in a match presented by Wingstop, when the club plays host to Atlanta United FC at Dignity Health Sports Park at 6:30 p.m. PT on Sunday, July 24 (FS1, FOX Deportes).

SoccerFest

Southern Californian artist and photographer Isaiah Takahashi - BLKSRS - will be in SoccerFest displaying art at his booth. Motel 6 is bringing out the Carson Animal Shelter again for another round of pet adoptions during the game. Will Makar and The Red Line will perform once again on the Kinecta Plaza Stage, this time with a Star Wars-inspired robe for the evening's theme. Jenmarie and Mariah, two Star Wars digital creators, will join forces to showcase their favorite Star Wars fashion and will do a surprise giveaway at their booth.

Game Presentation

Star Wars characters will be roaming the concourse before and during the match and an LA Galaxy Star Wars-themed introduction video will kick the procession off before the match begins. Additionally, fans will enjoy a full stadium creative takeover, which includes graphics and themed music.

Merchandise

The new adidas Camo Warm-Up Top will be available for purchase at the LA Galaxy Team Store.

LA Galaxy Foundation

The Camo Warm-Up Top will be worn on-field during warm ups and auctioned off with proceeds benefitting the LA Galaxy Foundation. The Hero of the Match for this game is United States Space Force Sergeant Michaela Sosville.

Tickets for the July 24 match are still available at www.lagalaxy.com/tickets. Sunday's match marks the fourth all-time MLS regular-season meeting between the LA Galaxy and Atlanta United FC, with the Galaxy trailing the series 0-3-0. The last time the two teams squared off against one another, LA fell 3-0 on the road to Atlanta at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on April 21, 2018.
