Kurtz Recalled by Crunch

The Elmira Jackals announced on Tuesday that forward John Kurtz has been recalled by the club's AHL affiliate, the Syracuse Crunch.
In four games with Elmira in 2011-2012, Kurtz is scoreless with 12 penalty minutes. The Oakville, Ontario native was signed by the Crunch earlier this month, one season after posting four goals and two assists for six points to go along with 102 penalty minutes in 49 games with Syracuse.
