Now is your chance to see Major League pitchers in the intimate setting of Waterfront Park for just $10.

Jeff Karstens, who went 2-1 with a 3.80 ERA for the Yankees in 2006 will start Tuesday night's game, while the Yankees' Top Prospect Phil Hughes (1-1, 3.38 this season with NY) will take the mound Wednesday at noon. Both pitchers are rehabbing from injuries. MORE

Haircuts For Charity Tomorrow Night At The Ballpark

The Thunder will partner with 33's Barber Shop on a special fund raiser at the team's game against the Binghamton Mets on Tuesday, July 17. Stylists from 33's Barber Shop will offer haircuts at the ballpark in exchange for a donation to the Grand Slam We Care Foundation.

"33's Barber Shop wanted to use its partnership with the Thunder to make a difference," said Thunder Assistant General Manager Greg Coleman. "This fund raiser is a great way to give back to the community, and it'll provide a nice service to fans that can save time by combining their haircuts with a ballgame." MORE

MLB's Last 30 Game Winner Coming To Trenton

From being the only 30-game winner in more than 70 years; to touring the country as a popular musician playing on national TV; to later becoming a media star to spending nine years in jail, Denny McLain has lived a bizarre and remarkable life.

McLain will visit Waterfront Park for the game on July 23 to promote his new book I Told You I Wasn't Perfect and to sign autographs for Thunder fans. Mr. McLain will sign from when the gates open at 6:00 pm through the first inning. Autographs are available for the following prices: $30 on a MLB ball, $25 on the Book, $20 on a Regular ball, $20 on the pictures we provide and $15 on other autograph items.

Flower Power On July 24

The Thunder are happy to announce that the first 1,000 people to stop by the Monday Morning Flower Co. table on the concourse at Watefront Park on Tuesday, July 24 will be given a free flower.

By the way, those wonderful flowers you've been enjoying in the ladies restrooms on the main concourse and front office lobby this season have been provided by our good friends at Monday Morning Flower Co.

"Bat For The Cure" Rescheduled for August 24

Ed Randall's Bat for the Cure, originally scheduled for Friday, July 13 had to be rescheduled for Friday, August 24. Randall, the long-time host of the popular radio show Talking Baseball will bring his Bat For The Cure 2007 Minor Leauge Baseball North American Tour to Trenton. The tour is a 501 c-3 charity dedicated to the proposition of raising awareness for and promoting early detection and improved treatment of prostate cancer and providing financial support for its cure. Mr. Randall will throw out a special first pitch before the game and be at the Bat for the Cure table on the main concourse throughout the game.

Congratulations to James and Sara Fouse who were the winners of a wonderful vacation to Mexico on Saturday night. The Thunder's 2007 Team Card Sets are on sale now in the Thunder Company Store at Waterfront Park and online.

This year's edition is loaded with Yankee prospects including: RHP Joba Chamberlain, OF Brett Gardner, RHP Alan Horne, RHP Ian Kennedy, RHP Jeff Marquez, and LHP Chase Wright.
