
K-Wings Searching for Singers

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the ECHL and affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders and American Hockey League's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, announce the team is currently searching for National Anthem singers for the upcoming season.
Anyone that is interested in performing the anthem during a K-Wings game, please call director of marketing Allison Krafft at (269) 349-9772 extension 234 or by e-mail at akraftt@kwings.com.
The K-Wings will begin the regular season on the road with a division battle against the Toledo Walleye on October 22nd at 7 p.m. at the Huntington Center.
Kalamazoo will open up the home portion of their schedule on Saturday, October 23rd versus the defending Kelly Cup champion's, the Cincinnati Cyclones, with a 7:30 p.m. face-off at Wings Stadium during the 7th annual Orange Ice game featuring a Miller Lite indoor pre-game tailgate party with Bronk Bros. and game and the raising of the 2009-10 North Division banner. Halloween jerseys and trick-or-treating including a $300 costume contest parade.
Season tickets for the upcoming 2010-2011 season are on sale at the Wings Stadium Ticket Office. Ticket Office hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.-2 p.m. For more information, please call Wings Stadium Ticket Office during regular business hours at (269) 345-5101.
Tickets for all K-Wings home games range in price from $9.90-$14.90 for adults and only $6.90 for kids ages 12 and under. Starting on Saturday, October 2nd, fans will be able to purchase individual game tickets at the Wings Stadium Ticket Office or at any Ticketmaster outlet. The price for all K-Wings premium night games (all colored ice games and New Year's Eve game) are just $1 more.
