K-Wings Home Twice this Week

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the ECHL, three-time defending North Division Champions and National Hockey League affiliate to the Vancouver Canucks, and American Hockey League's Chicago Wolves announce the team will play home twice this weekend.

After starting the week on the road this Wednesday, March 20th against the Wheeling Nailers, Kalamazoo will return home to Wings Stadium this Friday, March 22nd for a 7:30 p.m. face-off versus the Toledo Walleye on Military Appreciation Night and a FANomenal Friday, featuring $2 beer and $2 hot dogs.

Military personnel both active and retired that show their proper military identification to the Wings Stadium Ticket Office can purchase $5 tickets for the game.

Heading back on the road on Saturday, March 23rd, Kalamazoo will travel to the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana for a 7:15 p.m. (CDT) encounter against the Evansville IceMen.

The K-Wings will conclude the week on Sunday, March 24th, with a special 4 p.m. face-off versus the Wheeling Nailers during a Family Hockey in the 'ZOO, where all kids eat FREE and presented by Bronson Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Consumers Credit Union, Meijer, Charter and MLive. Sunday's game against the Nailers is the rescheduled game from February 2nd that was postponed because of weather and travel issues.

Single-game tickets for the 2012-2013 season are on sale at the Wings Stadium Ticket Office. Ticket Office hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturdays. To charge tickets by phone, please call Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000.

Tickets for all K-Wings home games are $13 and $17.50 for adults and only $7 for kids ages 14 and under. The price for all K-Wings premium night games (all colored ice games and New Year's Eve game) are just $1 more.

Fans can save money by purchasing K-Wings single-game tickets in advance because tickets purchased on the day of a game increase by $2 (adults only).
