The Mudcats continue a four game home stand tonight with game two of four against the visiting Winston-Salem Dash at Five County Stadium. Carolina has played just one other series against the Dash this season and enters tonight's game at just 1-3 against Winston-Salem in 2016. Both teams have been eliminated from first half championship contention and currently sit at the bottom of the Carolina League Southern Division standings. The Mudcats fell into last place in the Southern Division standings for the first time this season after losing to the Dash 3-2 last night (6/9). The Mudcats are 23-34 and currently sit a half game back of the Dash (25-35) in the standings.

Enderson Franco gets the game two start for the Mudcats tonight at Five County Stadium against the visiting Dash. Franco last pitched on 6/4 in Frederick and allowed just three runs on seven hits over six quality innings. He finished with a walk and two strikeouts and did not earn a decision. Franco is 0-1 and has pitched to a 2.84 ERA over his last three starts. He has also struck out 16 against only one walk in his last three appearances. Franco is currently 4th among qualified Carolina League starters in Fielding Independent Pitching (2.98) and 5th in K/BB ratio in the CL (4.00). He has also pitched to the 3rd highest BABIP (.365) among qualified starters in the league this season.

Today's game begins at 7:00 p.m. at Five County Stadium and will air on the Mudcats Radio Network with the pregame show beginning at 6:45 p.m.
