Elmira Jackals News Release

The Elmira Jackals announced Saturday that they have loaned forward Michael Dubuc to the AHL's Rochester Americans. The Jackals have also activated forward Corey Cowick and defenseman Eric Regan from the injured reserve prior to their game on Saturday night at Trenton. Dubuc is on a seven-game scoring streak (5g-7a) which began on Nov. 2 in Cincinnati. The Granby, Quebec native has goals in four-straight contests and leads Elmira with 11 tallies.

Cowick has skated in one game with the Jackals this season after having been reassigned to the team by Elmira's NHL affiliate, the Ottawa Senators, from the Jackals' AHL affiliate, the Binghamton Senators, on Oct. 30.

Regan has points in four-consecutive games (1g-3a). He was inactive in Elmira's win against Trenton on Nov. 13.

The Jackals return home for four games during Thanksgiving week, hosting contests on Wednesday, Nov. 24, Friday, Nov. 26, Saturday, Nov. 27 and Sunday, Nov. 28. Wednesday's 7:05 p.m. game against the Alaska Aces is "Bring a Buddy Night" at First Arena as all valued Jackals season ticket holders are invited to bring a friend to the game.
