The Elmira Jackals will try to increase their Atlantic Division lead to five points when they host the Trenton Devils at 7:35 p.m. at First Arena on Teddy Bear Toss night.

EVEN SWEETER

Andrew Sweetland now has two hat tricks in two career games in Trenton's Sun National Bank Center after scoring three goals in a 5-2 Jackals win on Wednesday. The Newfoundland native had three-straight goals to bring the Jackals from 2-1 down to a two-goal lead at 4-2 with his first ever natural hat trick. Sweetland took just three shots in the game and is now third in the league in shooting percentage at .325, connecting 13 times on 40 shots on goal.

ROLE REVERSAL

The Jackals have already equaled their 2009-2010 win total against the Devils with three victories in three games against Trenton this season. Elmira has doubled its Sun Center win total from a year ago, taking both road games against Trenton. The Jackals were 3-9-2-0 against the Devils last season, including a 1-6-0-0 road record, yet are 3-0-0-0 this year.
