The Elmira Jackals participate in 'School Celebration Day' at the Huntington Center in Toledo, Ohio at 10:30 a.m., meeting the Toledo Walleye for the first of six times this season.

A SPECIAL NIGHT

The Jackals' special teams contributed on both ends of the ice in last night's victory. Elmira recorded three power-play goals in six attempts in Tuesday night's 4-2 victory in Cincinnati and now leads the ECHL with 13 man-advantage tallies this season. The Jackals were perfect in four short-handed situations Tuesday.

FIVE STRAIGHT FOR DEVERGILIO

Kevin DeVergilio scored his first goal as a Jackal on Tuesday late in the second period, which proved to be the game winner. In doing so, the Michigan native extended his scoring streak to five games, placing him in a tie for the team lead with current AHL-er Brock McBride.
