IN JUST A FEW HOURS...
The Elmira Jackals look to rebound from Thursday night's loss to Gwinnett when they meet the Gladiators on the road again tonight at 7:05 p.m. Gwinnett kicked off the two-game series with Elmira with a 4-3 victory at The Arena at Gwinnett Center on Thursday, scoring three times on the power play. Justin Milo registered four assists in the win for the Gladiators. Dustin Gazley, Louie Caporusso, and Craig Rivet all scored goals for the Jackals.
FIRST PLACE ON THE LINE
The Jackals put their possession of first place in the Eastern Conference on the line tonight against the Gladiators. Elmira holds a one-point edge for the top spot in the conference over both Gwinnett and Greenville. The meeting is the third and final one between the Jackals and the Gladiators this season. The Road Warriors are in Florida to take on the Everblades tonight.
GAZLEY'S HOT STREAK CONTINUES
Dustin Gazley notched his fourth-straight multi-point game on Thursday, scoring a goal and adding two assists for three points. Gazley has 10 points (4g-6a) during this stretch. The Novi, Mich. native leads all rookies with 42 points and 29 assists. Since Dec. 3, Gazley is tied for fifth overall in the ECHL with 29 points (9g-20a).
