IronPigs Look for Fourth Straight Win

The Lehigh Valley IronPigs will go for their fourth straight win on Saturday night when they take on the Pawtucket Red Sox. First pitch from McCoy Stadium is set for 6:05 p.m.

RHP Jason Berken (5-5, 3.33) takes the ball for the Pigs on Saturday. On Sunday at Rochester, Berken got the win after giving up two runs on five hits to go along with two walks and two strikeouts over 8.2 IP. The right-hander is 2-1, 1.83 over his last 3 GS and will be making his ninth start of the season on Saturday.

LHP Brian Johnson (8-6, 2.73) will be on the bump for Pawtucket. Johnson was tagged with the loss at Syracuse on Monday when he surrendered two runs on five hits while walking two and fanning five over five innings of work. The University of Florida product has fanned 81 batters in 85.2 IP this season. Back on April 9 at Coca-Cola Park, Johnson allowed four hits over five shutout innings and got the win against the IronPigs.

After going 2-2 on Friday, Pigs INF/OF Russ Canzler has hit safely in five of his last six games. Canzler is hitting .391 (9-23)-2-6 with two doubles and six runs scored during that span.
