Down to their final 13 games of the regular season, the Pigs (67-64) play the opener of a four-game road series -- and a seven-game "home-and-home" series -- against the tied for third-place Buffalo Bisons (67-64), who hold an identical record to the Pigs... With a 3-1 loss to Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Tuesday, the Pigs split a two-game home series and a four-game "home-and-home" series with the RailRiders. Still, the Pigs have won seven of their last 11 contests and remain 14-10 in their last 24 affairs... The Bisons -- Toronto's top affiliate -- lost Tuesday at Pawtucket, 1-0, to fall in the final three contests in and drop the series, 3-1. Still, the Herd is 17-13 since falling below .500 (50-51) on July 22... The Pigs won the last series in Buffalo, 3-1, from June 4-7.

RHP David Buchanan (2-1, 1.77) will start for LHV against RHP Chien-Ming Wang (8-7, 2.72).

First-Pitch is set for 7:05 p.m. at Coca-Cola Field.
