KANNAPOLIS, N.C. (Aug. 30, 2012) - The end of the baseball year is here, and Intimidators fans can celebrate as if it's New Years Eve. Management has caught the Saturday night fever, so during the final Saturday game of the season, Sept. 1 at 7:05 p.m., the Intimidators have declared "Thirsty Saturday" featuring all Thursday night drink specials. As a special thank you from the Intimidators for supporting the team this season, fans can enjoy 32 oz. draft beers for only $5 or take advantage of the Buy Your Cup (24 oz.) promotion for $5 with $2 refills all night on all draft beers. Sodas and waters are only $2 at all concession stands as well.
"Thirsty Thursday on a Saturday? This is going to be awesome," said Intimidators Assistant GM Jason Bright. "This is the best concessions deal we've offered on a Saturday I can ever remember."

While tonight is the final Thirsty Thursday of the season, presented by East Coast Bat Co., fans can purchase their souvenir cup tonight and bring it back Saturday to continue enjoying $2 draft refills. The Intimidators have also discounted chips to only 50-cents per bag for the remainder of the season. Additionally, any fans who purchase a Daily's Frozen Cocktail before the end of the season will receive free a Daily's T-shirt and Daily's tumbler cup.
The Intimidators wrap up their 18th season of professional baseball in Kannapolis this week with the team's final home stand of the year. Kannapolis hosts the Greenville Drive (Red Sox) tonight at CMC-NorthEast Stadium at 7:05 p.m. CMC-NorthEast Stadium is located off I-85 at exit 63.
