
INf Jamie Romak, RHP Nick Struck Rejoin Isotopes

Infielder Jamie Romak and right-handed pitcher Nick Struck rejoined Albuquerque Isotopes this afternoon. In corresponding moves, infielder Carlos Triunfel was recalled by Los Angeles, and right-hander Carlos Frias was transferred to Double-A Chattanooga.
Struck is expected to start tonight's game against the Reno Aces at 6:05 p.m. After beginning the year at Extended Spring Training, Struck originally joined the Isotopes on May 2 and pitched in one game before being sent to Double-A Chattanooga on May 5. In his only appearance with Albuquerque, he pitched two innings, allowing no runs and only one hit. In 10 appearances, nine starts,with Chattanooga he is 1-4 with 7.80 ERA. He has struck out 29 and walked 21 in 45.0 innings pitched.
Romak comes back to Albuquerque after making his Major League debut on May 28. He began the season with Albuquerque, hitting .272 with 12 doubles, two triples, 13 homers and 30 RBI in 48 games. Romak was promoted to Los Angeles on May 28 and appeared in 15 games, going 1-for-21 with a double and three RBI. He also drew two walks.
Triunfel begins his third stint with the Dodgers this season. In seven games with Los Angeles, he is 2-for-7 (.286) with one home run. Triunfel is batting .210 with six doubles, one home run and 14 RBI in 52 games with Albuquerque this season. Frias is 6-4 in 12 appearances, 11 starts, with a 4.73 ERA with Albuquerque this season. He's struck out 59 and walked only 16 in 72.1 innings pitched.
The Isotopes and Aces will play the rubber game of their five-game series tonight at 6:05 p.m. Struck is expected to start for Albuquerque, and Reno will go with righty-hander Bo Schultz (5-5, 5.40 ERA).
