Houston Dynamo FC News Release
HOUSTON - Single-match tickets for the 2022 Houston Dynamo season are officially on sale now. Ticket prices start as low as $7 for select matches and are available online at HoustonDynamoFC.com/SingleGame and SeatGeek.com/HoustonDynamoFC.
This season, the Dynamo are continuing their commitment to support the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center by donating $1 from every single-match ticket purchased online to MD Anderson to support their mission of ending cancer.
The Dynamo will kick off their 17th season on Opening Day presented by PNC Bank when they host 2021 Western Conference finalists Real Salt Lake on Sunday, Feb. 27 at PNC Stadium. Kickoff for that match is set for 6:00 p.m. CST. For a limited time, fans can buy a ticket for opening day and receive a free ticket for the game against Vancouver Whitecaps FC on Saturday, March 12. Additionally, the first 5,000 fans in attendance will receive a free Dynamo Diesel Bobblehead courtesy of PNC Bank.
The fan-favorite 713 Night promotion returns for three games in 2022 beginning with the match on March 19 against the 2021 Supporters Shield runners-up Colorado Rapids. On 713 nights, fans can purchase $7 tickets, $1 hot dogs and $3 beers, making it the best bargain in Houston sports. The 713 Night schedule includes the July 3 meeting with Charlotte FC and the final 713 Night is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 13 when the Dynamo face CF Montréal.
2022 also marks the 10th anniversary of the opening of PNC Stadium. The Dynamo will celebrate this date with a special 10th Anniversary $10 ticket offer on May 14 when the Dynamo host U.S. Men's National Team defender Walker Zimmerman and Nashville SC. The first soccer-specific downtown venue in MLS opened on May 12, 2012 with a 1-0 victory for the Dynamo over D.C. United. Since then, the venue has grown to be home of soccer in Southeast Texas by hosting the Dynamo, Houston Dash and a variety of international matches.
The Dynamo will host in-state rivals Austin FC and FC Dallas as part of the Copa Tejas on Wednesday, April 9 and Saturday, July 30, respectively. Copa Tejas is an independent contest run by the supporters of all Texas-based MLS and USL teams, and the club with the best head-to-head record against its in-state rivals in each league is awarded the Copa Tejas trophy by the supporters. As part of the rivalry promotion, fans who purchase the Michelob Ultra Pure Gold Beer Garden package for the Dallas match will receive a commemorative rivalry-inspired beer pint glass.
As the regular season winds down in October, the Dynamo will host this season's Fan Appreciation Night on Sunday, October 9, when the team hosts the LA Galaxy. The match will be a celebration of all Dynamo fans, with special surprises and giveaways planned to take place during the game.
