Kevin Cron opened the scoring tonight in the first inning with an RBI double to left field scoring Christian Walker to give Reno the early 1-0 lead. The 51's would go on top in the third on a pair of RBI singles from Christian Colon and Jeff McNeil to give Las Vegas the 2-1 advantage. Christian Walker would answer right back in the bottom of the inning with his 16th double of the season to score Ildemaro Vargas and Juniel Querecuto to give the Aces a 3-2 lead. In the sixth frame, Las Vegas would tie and retake the lead on a Peter Alonso sacrifice fly and a Luis Guillorme RBI single scoring former Ace Zach Borenstein, to make the score 4-3. Querecuto would make things interesting in the bottom of the inning on an RBI single to left field scoring Kristopher Negron, knotting the ballgame up at four. In the top of the seventh, Jared Miller would walk the bases loaded and would be on the hook for the loss. Joey Krehbiel entered the game and would walk in one run, but worked out of the bases loaded jam. In the last three frames, Reno failed to plate another run and Las Vegas would earn the 5-4 victory.
