Pensacola Ice Pilots News Release


SCHEDULE CHANGE REMINDER: The Pensacola Ice Pilots announced that their Saturday, Feb. 24 game versus the Columbia Inferno at the Hangar has been changed to Thursday, Feb. 22 at 7:05 pm. All tickets printed for the Saturday, Feb. 24 date will be honored on Feb. 22.

JANUARY 30TH TWO FOR TUESDAY: The Ice Pilots return home to take on the Florida Everblades on Tuesday, January 30 at 7:05 pm. It's Two For Tuesday at the Hangar. When you purchase one ticket at regular price, you get a second ticket for free. There will also be a Junior Ice Pilots mini-game during the first intermission.

FEBRUARY 2ND BOY SCOUT NIGHT: Come out to the Hangar on Friday, Feb. 2nd, when the Pensacola Ice Pilots host the Columbia Inferno at 7:05 pm. There will be a post-game full team autograph session on the inner concourse by the Gulf Coast Community Bank Customer Service Booth. It's also Boy Scout Night, so be sure to book your pack by calling the Ice Pilots office at 432-7825 and speaking with Aaron.

FEBRUARY 3RD DASH FOR CASH: On Saturday, Feb. 3rd, the Ice Pilots host the Charlotte Checkers at 7:05 p.m. A few lucky fans will have the chance to compete for up to $1,000 in the "Dash for Cash" contest sponsored by Coyote's Sports Bar.

COMMUNITY NEWS: The Pensacola Ice Pilots will sponsor and participate in the Independence for the Blind "Eye Ball" on Saturday, Feb. 17th from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn on Pensacola Beach. Also, the Pensacola Ice Pilots Foundation announced its First Annual Charity Silent Auction on Friday Mar. 2nd from 6 to 9 p.m.

The ticketed event will be held at Big Sexy Food, as attendees mingle with Ice Pilots players and staff while bidding on an array of items donated by local businesses and major league sports teams. ICE PILOTS RADIO SHOW RETURNS: The Ice Pilots Radio Show Presented by the Montgomery Paint Company returns Monday, Jan. 29th at Granny Cantrell's, following the Ice Pilots' road trip to Columbia. The show is live from 6 pm to 7 pm and features the voice of the Ice Pilots Denis J. Puska, Head Coach Joe Clark and Ice Pilots players. It's a chance to catch-up on the latest news of the Ice Pilots and meet the players. There is always a nightly draw for great prizes. Granny Cantrell's is located on Brent Lane and I-110 in Pensacola and the show is aired live on Classic Country AM1620 from 6 pm to 7 pm and also at www.icepilots.com by clicking on the Sportsjuice logo.
