Ice Dogs Launch New Website
October 17, 2003 - ECHL (ECHL)
Long Beach Ice Dogs News Release
LONG BEACH, Calif. â Long Beach Ice Dogs CFO and Website Project Manager, Todd Corliss, announced today the launching of the all new IceDogs.com. The site is scheduled to go public this afternoon.
The new site, from designer Pro Sports Media, will not only showcase the team in a more fan-friendly web offering but will also carve out the Ice Dogs place as a leader in web development in the ECHL. Some of the new features to the site include the Master Calendar, Kids Club, automated stats and standings, as well as the ability to listen to live web broadcasts of select Ice Dogs games.
"This year represents a new start for the Long Beach Ice Dogs and we wanted to create a site that would encompass that", said Corliss. "We wanted our site to be user-friendly, innovative, informative, interactive and visually appealing. I believe we have accomplished all of those initiatives and more. We have raised the bar by developing the premier site in the league that rivals even those of some NHL clubs."
Besides new additions to the site, Pro Sports Media has also produced an appealing new merchandise system and a smooth navigating site. "We at Pro Sports Media are extremely happy to have the Ice Dogs on our team", said Joe Scott, President of Pro Sports Media. "I feel we have set a new standard in the ECHL Sports Web Site Market. This site is what teams in the ECHL will look at to try and equal."

Ice Dogs season tickets are available by calling (562) ICE-DOGS or by visiting the newly revamped www.icedogs.com. Opening night is just 15 days away when the Ice Dogs take on the Bakersfield Condors at the Long Beach Arena. Game time is 7pm.
