Houston Dynamo Acquire Allocation Money, International Roster Spot

HOUSTON (Monday, Dec. 8, 2014) - The Houston Dynamo have acquired allocation money and an international roster spot from MLS expansion club Orlando City SC in exchange for goalkeeper Tally Hall, it was announced today. Per club and league policy, terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Hall, 29, appeared in 164 games and recorded 46 shutouts across all competitions in six seasons with the Dynamo. Hall is a two-time MLS All-Star and earned Dynamo MVP honors for the 2013 season.

The Gig Harbor, Wash. native appeared in 24 games this season and collected seven shutouts. Hall set a franchise record with 12 shutouts in the 2012 regular season. He also holds a club record with five career postseason shutouts as the Dynamo reached the MLS Cup Final in 2011 and 2012 and the Eastern Conference Championship in 2013.
