
Hockey Night Slated for August 8

WINNIPEG - With junior hockey training camps scheduled to start later this month and NHL camps shortly thereafter, the Winnipeg Goldeyes will be hosting Hockey Night on Wednesday, August 8.
The first 1,000 fans in attendance on Wednesday to watch the Goldeyes take on the Sioux Falls Pheasants will receive a skate towel, courtesy of game sponsor Milwaukee Tools.
Winnipeg Jets Senior Vice-President & Director, Hockey Operations/Assistant General Manager Craig Heisinger will be on hand to throw out the ceremonial opening pitch and fans will have the opportunity to bid on a pair of Winnipeg Jets tickets to a game during the 2012-13 season. The proceeds will go the Winnipeg Goldeyes Field of Dreams Foundation.
During the game, Minnesota Wild defenceman and Manitoban Justin Falk and local Western Hockey League players will be on the concourse signing autographs for fans.
