Hitchcock Reaches 700 Career NHL Wins

Legendary Head Coach Ken Hitchcock recorded his 700th career NHL coaching victory Thursday, March 12th against the Philadelphia Flyers.

Hitchcock becomes the 4th Head Coach in NHL history to reach 700 wins behind Scotty Bowman (1,244), Al Arbour (782) and Joel Quenneville (745).

Hitchcock got his start with the Kamloops Blazers winning a franchise record 291 games from 1984-1990. The Blazers also won two WHL Championships under Hitchcock in 1986 and 1990.
