Regina Pats News Release

Regina, Saskatchewan - The Regina Pats (37-22-5-4) came back from a 3-0 deficit to capture a 4-3 win over the Moose Jaw Warriors (29-34-4-1) in their final trip to Mosaic Place of the regular season.

The Pats fell behind 3-0 in the first period before starting to climb back into the game. Patrick D'Amico scored 29 seconds after the Warriors third period marker and Colby Williams scored late in the second to cut the lead to 3-2 heading to the third. Rykr Cole completed the comeback early in the third, tying the game just 1:03 into the frame. The Pats thought they had taken the lead at 14:17, but a brilliant goal from Patrick D'Amico was voided by a controversial goaltender interference call. The Pats weren't deterred as they came right back to score the eventual game winner, shorthanded, on the ensuing powerplay with Pavel Padakin picking up his 26th goal of the season in the 4-3 victory.
