PENSACOLA, Fla., - After being at every Pensacola Blue Wahoos game since its inception in 2012, RHP Drew Hayes was promoted to the Triple-A Louisville Bats on Tuesday morning. Because of his flight, Hayes missed the Monday night game against the Biloxi Shuckers.

Since 2012, Hayes has made 193 appearances for the Blue Wahoos and with 203.1 innings of work including two starts. He's posted an 11-9 record with seven saves while striking out 205 batters.

This season he has made four appearances for the Blue Wahoos and has thrown 5.2 innings of scoreless baseball while allowing only four hits.

Catcher Yovan Gonzalez was placed on the disabled list with a low back strain. He's played eight games for the Blue Wahoos this season while batting .130 (3-23).
