Gwinnett Stripers News Release
As part of the Gwinnett Braves endeavor to stay connected with fans, the team has released a mobile phone application for both Android and iPhone platforms. Currently available to download on both of the aforementioned smartphones, the App offers a variety of functions that G-Braves fans will find useful.
The App is made up of seven different informative sections, and each interactive selection offers up even more in-depth choices within each Gwinnett Braves-centric section. The "Schedule" feature offers both the team's 2011 season schedule along with the fan friendly upcoming promotions tied to each date, and the "Tickets" feature allows fans to purchase tickets for any of those games right on their smartphone. Fans can get ready for the trip out to Coolray Field with the "Game Day," "Team," "Ballpark" and "Weather" features, or stay in touch when they can't make it to the best ballpark experience in the Minor Leagues with the "Social" setting that includes both Twitter and Facebook features.
The new Gwinnett Braves App is a one stop shop for fans. Both apps are free to download and can be found online at GwinnettBraves.com/mobileapp or by searching the Android Marketplace or iTunes store. For more information visit www.gwinnettbraves.com or call the Coolray Field Box Office at 678-277-0340.
