Grand Slam Giveaway Highlights Final Homestand

The Isotopes return to Albuquerque after a quick four-game trip to Omaha for the final homestand of the 2008 season. The final nine-game homestand will be split between the Memphis Redbirds, Triple-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals, and New Orleans Zephyrs, Triple-A affiliate of the New York Mets. Climaxing a season of countless giveaways, the Isotopes will set a new record with the largest giveaway in team history on Sunday, August 17 with the Grand Slam Giveaway. Three lucky fans will either win $10,000 of TEMA furniture, 2008 Chevy Malibu from Brad Francis Cevrolet, or a new home from Raylee Homes/Vantage Homes. For the rest of the final homestand, fans coming out to The Lab will enjoy the amusing antics of Birdzerk, lunch bag and hat giveaways, in addition to the Fan Appreciation weekend with post-game fireworks closing out the final weekend of the 2008 season.
