After winning three straight games at the Arena at Gwinnett Center, the Gladiators (33-17-7-4) regained sole possession of first place in the Eastern Conference and the South Division with 77 points last week. Gwinnett overcame a three-goal deficit to win on Sunday afternoon in a 5-4 victory over the Trenton Titans. It was the first time in team history that the Gladiators posted the win in regulation when trailing in a game by three goals. The Gladiators prepare to battle the division rival Greenville Road Warriors and the Cincinnati Cyclones this week.

Cincinnati Cyclones Preview:

The Cincinnati Cyclones head down South to the Arena at Gwinnett Center to take on the Gladiators for the third time this season. The Gladiators are 1-1-0-0 against Cincinnati. The Cyclones are second in the North Division posting a 28-21-1-7 (64 points) on the season. Forward Mathew Sisca is tops for Cincinnati in scoring with 54 points (20 goals, 34 assists). Michael Pelech has notched a goal and an assist against the Gladiators and has 50 points on the season.

Wednesday, February 29: Gwinnett Gladiators, 2, South Carolina Stingrays, 5 - L

The South Carolina Stingrays broke the Gwinnett Gladiators 13 game home unbeaten in regulation streak Wednesday night at the Arena at Gwinnett Center with a 5-2 victory. The Stingrays Trent Campbell and Chris Higgins each had a goal and an assist in win. Tyler Murovich and Tyler Kindle each had a goal for the Gladiators.

Friday, March 2: Gwinnett Gladiators, 8, Trenton Titans, 6 - W

"ªThe Gwinnett Gladiators twice overcame a two-goal deficit to post an 8-6 win over the Trenton Titans on Friday night at the Arena at Gwinnett Center. Pat Galivan notched two goals and three assists to lead the Gladiators in scoring in the win. Dallas Jackson had four assists for Gwinnett.

Saturday, March 3: Gwinnett Gladiators, 2, South Carolina Stingrays, 1 - W

The Gwinnett Gladiators defeated the South Carolina Stingrays 2-1 on Saturday night at the Arena at Gwinnett Center. Forward Pat Galivan and defenseman Cody Brookwell each collected a goal in the win. Gladiator netminder Ryan Zapolski led the team to a victory with 21 saves on the night.

Sunday, March 4: Gwinnett Gladiators, 5, Trenton Titans, 4 - W

The Gwinnett Gladiators overcame a three-goal deficit to regain sole possession of first place in the Eastern Conference in a 5-4 victory over the Trenton Titans Sunday afternoon at the Arena at Gwinnett Center. Forward Corey Fienhage had the game-winner. Nikita Kashisrky had two goals and an assist in the win.

News & Notes:

Home Sweet Home: The Gladiators continue to have success this season at the Arena at Gwinnett Center. The Gladiators notched their 22nd home win of the season with Sunday's 5-4 victory over the Trenton Titans. The Gladiators play five out of the next six games on home ice where the Gladiators have earned a 22-6-0-3 record this season. The Gladiators collected 12 straight home ice victories earlier this season and the Gladiators team record 13 home game unbeaten streak was snapped February 29th by the South Carolina Stingrays in a 5-2 loss. The 12 game home-winning streak set an organizational record for longest home winning streak, topping a nine game winning streak between January 14th and February 17th of 2006 and a nine game home winning streak while in Mobile from February 9th through March 31st of 2001.

Give me a hand: Gladiators defenseman Dallas Jackson collected four helpers in Friday night's 8-6 win over the Titans tying the team season high for most assists by one player in a single game. He matched the mark of four originally set by Justin Milo in the Gladiators 4-3 win over the Elmira Jackals on January 26th.

Six Straight! Gladiators Forwards Bryan Brutlag notched his 17th goal of the season in Sunday's 5-4 victory over the Trenton Titans to extend his point-scoring streak to six consecutive games. The Lakeville, Minnesota native collected five points (three goals, two assists) this weekend. Brutlag has four goals and four assists in his six game point-scoring streak for Gwinnett.

Making Plays: Rookie forward Jonathan Parker had his third multiple point scoring game in his professional career and as a Gladiator with three assists in Sunday's 5-4 victory over the Trenton Titans. For the Gladiators, Parker has notched seven points (three goals, four assists) in his 10 games for Gwinnett.

Season High: The Gladiators posted a season high eight goals in Friday night's 8-6 win over the Trenton Titans. The Gladiators previous season high for most goals in a game was six, collected three times earlier this season. The Gladiators eight goals was the most since an 8-6 win by the Gladiators at Greenville on January 11, 2011 last season.

Team High: Gladiators forward Patrick Galivan set a new Gladiators season high for most points in a single game. Galivan posted five points for the Gladiators in Friday night's 8-6 win over Trenton. His five points came off of two goals and three assists for the Gladiators. Galivan broke the Gladiators previous season high of four points in a single game notched by four different players. Galivan's five points shares third overall in the ECHL for most points by one player in one game this season.

Comeback! The Gladiators overcame a three-goal deficit to win in regulation as they knocked off the Trenton Titans 5-4 on March 4th. The win was the first time in team history that the Gladiators posted a win in regulation after trailing by three goals in a game. Gwinnett had overcome a three-goal deficit twice in team history, but posted both prior wins in a shootout. Gwinnett notched a 4-3 win over Kalamazoo on February 18th after trailing 3-0. The first time Gwinnett trailed by three goals and won was on November 24, 2006 when Gwinnett trailed South Carolina 4-1 and came back to win 6-5 in a shootout.
