
Giants Beat Royals 5-4 in the Shootout

VICTORIA, BC - Cain Franson scored the shootout winner to give the Vancouver Giants a 5-4 win over the Victoria Royals Friday night at the Save On Foods Memorial Centre.
Franson also scored for the Giants in the second period.
Thomas Foster had a goal and an assist and was given first star honours.
Joel Hamilton had two assists and was named third star of the game.
Dalton Sward scored his 6th short-handed marker of the season, tying James Henry for the Giants' record for most short-handed goals scored in a single season.
Payton Lee made 28 saves and was perfect in the shootout.
