Flint Generals News Release
The Flint Generals remained one point ahead of the Port Huron Flags in the Central Division after taking three of four points against their division rivals this weekend. Following a 6-3 win over the Flags on Friday night the Generals and Flags skated to a 2-2 tie at the end of regulation Sunday night at Perani Arena & Event Center. The Flags picked up the extra point in the shootout. The Generals are tied with the Motor City Mechanics for third in the Central Division with 21 points each.
The Flint Generals travel to play division rivals the Kalamazoo Wings on Wednesday and return home to face the Quad City Mallards Friday night at 7:35pm.
