Generals Prepared For Game 3 Of Turner Cup Finals At Home Tonight At 7pm

The Flint Generals are looking forward to stepping onto the ice in the friendly confines of Perani Arena for Game 3 of their Turner Cup Finals series against the Fort Wayne Komets tonight at 7pm. The Generals trail in the series 2 games to 0, but know that playing games 3 and 4 at home gives them a huge opportunity to get back into the series. Fort Wayne defeated the Generals 3-2 in Game 1 on Saturday and won 2-1 Monday night. The Generals have shown their resilience all season, and most recently last series when they trailed the Muskegon Lumberjacks in the semi finals 2 games to 0 and came back and won that series in 7 games. The Generals are lead by captain Pascal Rheaume who leads all playoff scorers with 13 points after 9 playoff games, and rookie goalie Rob Nolan who sports the best save percentage in the playoffs at .935
