Generals Host Wolves for First Time this Season
November 7, 2021 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Oshawa Generals News Release
The Oshawa Generals will look to continue their dominance over the Sudbury Wolves tonight at Tribute Communities Centre.
The last time these two teams met was back on October 29th in Sudbury. The Generals won that game 4-0 as goaltender Patrick leaver recorded his first career OHL shutout with a 38 save performance.
The Wolves will have to solve projected starter Patrick Leaver early if they want to build some confidence against this Generals team. Staying disciplined will also be on their to-do list, as they lead the league with 181 penalty minutes so far this season.
Mitchell Weeks is the expected starter for the Sudbury Wolves tonight. He currently has all five wins for the Wolves and has a .904 save percentage in 10 games. Patrick Leaver is the expected starter for the Generals, as he has really stepped up in net with the absence of Zachary Paputsakis.
All the action gets underway tonight at 6:05 pm.
