Matchup:
Orlando and Greenville come together for the second straight game at the Amway Center tonight. The two sides played a hard fought contest on Tuesday, with the Solar Bears opening up the scoring midway through the first period when F Tyler Murovich made a diving play on a rebound to put the Solar Bears ahead 1-0. Despite each side earning good scoring chances throughout the rest of the game and the two teams combining for 69 shots on goal, that goal would stand as the lone marker of the contest and the Solar Bears collected the 1-0 win. G Garret Sparks collected the shutout for Orlando, and in four games with the Solar Bears he has a 3-1-0-0 record, 2.00 GAA, and .935 save percentage. He has also been named the game's first star in each of his three wins for the Solar Bears.
Thanksgiving Day Game:
The Solar Bears are continuing a tradition from their IHL days tonight with a Thanksgiving Day contest. Orlando will wear special "Throwback" jerseys during the game, and there will be a special Michael Jackson tribute performance.
