Guelph Storm
The Guelph Storm have had an up and down start to the season thus far posting a 4-4-1-2 record through the opening 11 games of the season. Guelph is currently battling for the 7th-8th spot in the Western Conference and will look to build off their shootout win against the Erie Otters earlier this week. Goaltender Nico Daws has had a tremendous start to the season and is top 5 in GAA and SV% thus far. Pavel Gogolev and Cam Hillis are leading the team offensively and will be relied upon to continue their strong starts to get the Storm into the post-season.
The Guelph Storm have 2 players drafted to NHL teams that include captain Cam Hillis (MTL - 3rd Round) and Fedor Gordeev (TOR - 5th Round, traded to MIN).
North Bay Battalion

Matthew Struthers, Mitchell Russell and Brad Chenier have had strong starts for the Battalion by all posting close to or more than a point per game.
Former Guelph Storm draftee Mason Primeau (VGK - 5th Round) is the only player drafted to an NHL club for the Battalion.

Winter Wear Drive
Oosterveld Heating and Air Conditioning's fourth annual Winter Wear Drive in support of Hope House is this Friday, October 25th at the Sleeman Centre when your Storm host the North Bay Battalion.
Last year over $500 was raised from the Chuck-a-Puck fundraiser and 10 bins were filled to the top with donations of winter clothes for those in need in our community.
When you enter the rink, volunteers will be on hand to collect your much needed gently used or new hats, coats, boots, mitts, and scarves, in support of Hope House, which is a non-profit organization helping to overcome poverty in the Guelph area by providing tangible, compassionate assistance and care to those in need in the community.
The winner of the Chuck- a- Puck Fundraiser on Friday will receive a team autographed jersey. Every dollar raised from the puck toss will go to Lakeside Hope House. For every winter wear item donated, fans will receive a draw ticket for the chance to win a team autographed jersey, autographed limited edition collector's stick or a $25 gift card to Spyke's.
Most Needed Items:
Adult Boots
Socks
Jackets
Gloves
Toques
Please Help keep our community warm this winter if you are able. The Winter Wear Drive will be Friday night, but bins will be in place at our game on Sunday afternoon as well so if didn't bring an item(s) on Friday, you can still help.
